With the regularity of the clock, the bicycle shed is not locked with the key. The residents who don't may not have any valuable property there, but other residents do. So: ALWAYS LOCK THE DOOR WITH THE KEY. This also applies to the door downstairs to the containers and storage rooms.

CONTAINERS:

By now, every household in the Parkflat has received a “WASTE PASS”. The intention is that the PMD containers and the paper containers will disappear. The large (household) waste containers under the chute will also disappear.

The waste pass has been activated for both the underground containers in Norbertusstraat and Petrus Canisiusstraat. In the Petrus Canisiusstraat there is a double row of underground containers as well as an underground glass container.

It is also the intention of the municipality that an above-ground green container will be installed.

It was our intention to have the chutes on the floors welded shut, but NAGRON thinks otherwise. They want to solve this in a beautiful, elegant way. So, how long is that going to take? And the municipality wants to get rid of those containers. NAGRON will in any case contact the municipality.

HITCHHIKE:

Although the lifts are long overdue for replacement and this would be done with the renovation of the galleries, this is not yet on the schedule.

The money has run out because the renovation turned out to be much more expensive than planned. But what do you want if you wait years and in the meantime everything has become more expensive.

NAGRON announces that it must first be discussed in 2022 and that the VvE must also save again.

What to do if you receive mail from the previous occupant?

You may still receive mail from the previous occupant when you move into your new address in the Parkflat.

You simply return this item. Make the address illegible by means of a cross and put above it: RETURN TO SENDER. Many letters have a barcode at the bottom that is applied by PostNL in the sorting machine. You must also cross this out because the sorting machine reads this again and then you will get the mail back in your mailbox.

After that, you simply put the mail in the mailbox (nearest one is on Bernardusplein).

IT IS NOT THE INTENT FOR YOU TO DEPOSIT THE MAIL IN THE MAILBOX OF THE RESIDENTS COMMITTEE FOR CONVENIENCE. THE RESIDENTS COMMITTEE DOES NOT WORK AT OR FOR POSTNL.
