The residents' regulations regulate the behavior of the residents to make living together in the flat as comfortable as possible. Maximum comfort will not be there because we are not all the same and therefore do not have the same standards. This is why these agreements are necessary. These regulations have been compiled by the lessor, recently revised and approved at the meeting of the Association of Owners.

Unfortunately, we notice that new residents are informed too late with these rules. They are often confronted with these regulations after making their decision.
